Transport Canada Written Exam (PPL)

Spectrum Airways (Burlington) is an Authorized Examination Invigilator.

Please ensure you have your Letter of Recommend at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

⚠️ Please note: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

After booking and payment, a member of our team will contact you to request the following documents via email:

1. Letter of Recommendation
   original copy of your letter of recommendation, Issued by a Certified flight instructor within the last 60 days confirming you're prepared to write the exam.
   👉 Please ensure you have this letter at least 48 hrs prior to your exam appointment.  

2. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
   Such as a driver’s licence or passport.

3. Current Aviation Medical Certificate
   Appropriate category for your licence or permit.

4. Proof of Flight Experience
   Your logbook or Pilot Training Record (PTR), if applicable.

5. Proof of Payment
   Exam fees must be paid in advance through the link below.

What to Bring:

• Non-programmable aviation calculator (e.g., CX-3, E6B)

• Navigation ruler and protractor
  

No unauthorized notes, electronic devices, or programmable calculators are permitted during the exam.

Your exam time will be held for 24 hours. To confirm your booking, please complete your payment within that time. If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
