Application Process for Prospective International Students

Important Update Regarding Tuition Payments

As of May 2025, we are no longer able to accept the first year of tuition fees in advance. This change unfortunately makes students ineligible for the Student Direct Stream (SDS) visa process.

As an Ontario Career College, we are subject to significant penalties for accepting tuition payments up front, and to comply with these regulations, we have adjusted our payment process accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adhere to these guidelines. Please reach out to our admissions team if you have any questions or need assistance with your application.

Eligibility

We accept only career-aspiring pilots seeking their Private Pilot Licence, Commercial Licence, and required airline ratings. Applicants who meet requirements will be considered for acceptance, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit your international student pilot application along with:

  • A copy of your passport

  • Other required identification

  • Proof of a valid Canadian Class 1 Medical

Step 2: Video Meeting

After we receive your application and ID, the Student Administrator will schedule a video meeting to:

  • Confirm your identity

  • Explain the enrollment process

  • Emphasize the importance of the PAL process

  • Review refund policies

Step 3: Application Fee Payment

Pay the non-refundable $2,000 application fee. Once received, we’ll issue:

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

  • Enrollment Confirmation Letter

  • Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

Step 4: Study Visa Submission & Preparation

After receiving your documents, submit your Canadian study visa application and notify us. We’ll then:
