Application Process for Prospective International Students

Important Update Regarding Tuition Payments

As of May 2025, we are no longer able to accept the first year of tuition fees in advance. This change unfortunately makes students ineligible for the Student Direct Stream (SDS) visa process.

As an Ontario Career College, we are subject to significant penalties for accepting tuition payments up front, and to comply with these regulations, we have adjusted our payment process accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adhere to these guidelines. Please reach out to our admissions team if you have any questions or need assistance with your application.

Eligibility

We accept only career-aspiring pilots seeking their Private Pilot Licence, Commercial Licence, and required airline ratings. Applicants who meet requirements will be considered for acceptance, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

Step 1: Submit your Application Online

At submission, you will be required to pay the International Application Fee - $2,080 CAD ($2,000 fee + $80 credit card processing fee). This fee covers review of your application, assessment of eligibility, confirmation of English proficiency, coordination of interviews and administrative processing. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

Step 2: Provide required documentation

Valid passport, Category 1 Medical Certificate and IELTS results must be submitted with this application. Applications with missing documents may be delayed or not processed. Our Admissions team will contact you directly for proof of financial capacity.

Step 3: Interview & Selection

We review all applications carefully. Admissions is competitive and based on eligibility and documentation - not all applications will be accepted. If accepted to an interview, we will contact you to complete your assessment.

Step 4: Acceptance & Requirements

Once accepted, you will be required to pay a deposit via wire transfer before a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) can be issued. Payment details will be discussed during your interview process.

Step 5: Apply for Study Permit
